We specialize in selling abstract art products, including the "Abstract Allure Canvas" and "Abstract Allure Poster". These products feature visually captivating and enigmatic designs that will add a touch of allure to any space.

3. How can I request a return?

If you would like to request a return, please contact us at support@doboxo.com. Our support team will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address. Please note that returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.

4. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

5. Can I return personalized items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized items. These items are custom-made and cannot be resold. However, if there is an issue with the quality or if you receive the wrong personalized item, please contact us and we will make it right.

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

9. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

10. What if I'm located in the European Union?

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
